New Link on the Blog

I have added an album of my paintings ...just click on the painting under my photo on the right hand side of the page. Now you can see a lot of my paintings without having to search through the blog. This is a facebook album, but you do not need a facebook account to view it. Enjoy!

Artist's Profile

Lee Monts is a Christian artist who primarily creates contemporary acrylic paintings on canvas, paper and board. A native of Chapin, South Carolina, his formal education is in geology. He has been a resident of Columbia, South Carolina, since 1987 and is employed full time by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. Lee began painting in 2002 and has had no formal art training. He considers his talent to be a gift from God and hopes that his art brings glory to the Lord.
